This soft nougat is made on the premises using organic unrefined sugar, local honey from Presteigne and a lot of fruit and nuts, including:

Cashew nuts

Sweet and sour cherries
Mulberries
Candied yuzu and Buddah 's hand citrus.(candied on the premises)
 
The ingredients also contain EGG WHITE, and gluten-free rice flour (in the form of the edible paper).
 
Packed in plastic-free packaging, comes in 140 and 150g.
