Purchase Contract, terms and conditions.
Please read this carefully. By submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to the terms that appear below which will apply to any purchase made to the Continuum Conceits website.
All confectionery are sold subject to the condition that they will not be re-sold without our prior written consent.
If there is a problem with your order we will e-mail you within 3 working days. If you have a question about your order we are happy to help via the Contact page or email, or by telephone, during office hours.
Products are subject to availability. In the event of non-availability of any ingredients in the goods you ordered, we will contact you to offer you other available products as a replacement.
In the event of receiving the wrong purchased product or if your received order was incomplete, please notify us on reception. We will arrange for a change of product (as long as the product is untouched and in the condition it as sent in) and for the wrongly sent product to be sent back to us. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received.
Ingredients: Please note we cannot guarantee our products being nut-free, since nuts are used in our kitchen. The same applies to milk, flour, egg, and SO2 traces.
Prices of goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order . There are no extra charges by the time to make payment other than the delivery charges which are not included in the price.
Postal prices are for Uk mainland delivery only, any other country or location postal address order will be contacted and asked to pay the relevant postal surcharge to that address. If we do not receive the extra postage payment within 3 days, we will be in the obligation to cancel your order our end and refund you fully.
It is your responsibility to give us a correct and complete postal address. In the event of the product not reaching you due to a mis-print or incomplete address, we will not accept responsibility for the loss of your order – nor will the posting company – so it will be left to you to cry over. Please double-check the address details are correct before submitting your order.
Your order will be despatched via your choice postage, within 3/4 working days. We do not despatch our confectionery on week-ends nor Bank holidays. In the event of our shop closing for annual holidays, we will put a notice on the website and an automated email will be sent to you if you have placed an order during that time.
There are various delivery options to chose from, from 2d class, first class, signed for, to collection at a market stall we attend, to next-day delivery. In the event of next-day delivery, unless it is urgent and you have contacted us and we agreed to it, we will send your order after completion, which can take up to 3/4 days (as we might need to make some of the order requirement from fresh). We will notify you when the order has been despatched so you can expect it. Good things come to those who wait.
The delivery charges are calculated by weight and the packaged weight of the item can be found by the items, the calculation also includes the packaging weights, card board and any fillers. The chocolate tablettes might vary by weight but no product will ever be less in weight than stated on its description.
Please notify us immediately if you have any problems on receipt of your order which we will endeavour to rectify. If goods are damaged in the postal service, please retain the packaging and the goods. We will keep a post-office or courrier receipt for every order sent in case of mistreatment in the post.
All payments are processed by Paypal only which also accepts debit or credit payments.
Cancellation policy: We will accept an order cancellation only in the event that the order has not yet been dispatched. A full refund will then be issued. If the order has been sent, we will not accept cancellation. You will have to bear and eat it.
Complaints and praise: We accept all comments from you, if you are extremely happy or quite a bit unhappy about your order, and wish to contact us about it, it will be our grateful due to receive you comments and take appropriate action if needed. We aim to deliver an excellent service and wish to know so you are not left feeling unhappy on your own.
You can be assured that any personal details and buyers information will stay to this site and will not be disclosed to third parties. Like you, we also dislike junk mail and cold callings from undesirable companies. We do not send out any invasive news-letter so any email sent to you will only be regarding your latest order. Please check your Junk mail if you have not received a notification from us.

All copyright, intellectual property, trademark and images are Continuum Conceits’s, Alexandra Pechabadens and Web Direction.co.uk’s property and are not to be used without our express consent, if at all. If you are a fellow artist chocolatier looking for ideas, why not find your own? There are wells of untouched ideas out there waiting to be born to this Earth.
Any general opinions and ideas mentioned on this very website (except for the Terms and Conditions) are only words, and are not to be taken to the letter. It is always best to do one’s own research if you read something you might adopt as a fragment of the Universal truth. We will not accept responsibility for any offence caused by one of our time-wasting staff having expressed a subjective opinion on a blog or a reviews page, for what they do in their own time is not under our control.
