Here is this year's  honey, apricot and pollen tablettes . 
The apricots I use are the organic  dark brown apricots, rather than the non organic, sulphurised orange apricots. 
The honey and pollen are all flowers honey from this summer and are from  John Fletcher in Presteigne.
This year, I have put way too many chopped apricots in the bars and this has made it very difficult to close the bars, so if  I make this bar again,I will not put as many . You are warned! Excess apricots here ! 
 
Ingredients:
 cocoa mass, sugar, (milk powder if milk chocolate version) vanilla extract, local Presteigne honey, organic apricot pieces, local pollen. Available in dark (76% cocoa content) or milk and dark, one side milk and the other side, dark. 
May contain nut traces. 
Sold by weight. The price per kilo is higher than the other bars, due to the labour intensive and ingredients costs.
